The first single released by Aespa was Black Mamba. The song was an instant hit and thus, was at number five on the Billboard World Digital Sales Chart. #4 Enhypen 

Enhypen is a seven-membered boy group that made its debut in the year 2020 with the EP Border: Day One, after coming together through the survival challenge I-LAND. The band’s formation was part of a joint project named BeLift Lab, between CJ ENM and Hybe Labels. The seven members of Enhypen are Jake, Jay, Sunghoon, Heesung, Jungwon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki. Enhypen acquired more than a million fans on social media before making its debut. The band has received several honours, including the Best Rookie trophy from the 2021 Golden Disc Awards ceremony. With the song “Dimension: Dilemma,” Enhypen also made their Billboard debut, topping the Billboard Global 200 list. To date, this 4th gen boy band has won over 11 music show awards. 

#3 ITZY 

ITZY is a 4th gen girl group that works under JYP Entertainment. The group comprises five members named Yeji, Chaeryeong, Lia, Yuna, and Ryujin. With the release of the Single digital album IT’z Different in 2019, the group made its debut. Since then, the group has won several honours and attracted millions of followers. ITZY made its Japanese debut in 2021, and its first full-length album, Crazy in Love, was later made available. They were appointed the global spokesmodel for Maybelline New York and are the first K-pop girl group to complete a rookie grand slam. Stray Kids is an eight-membered boy group that made its debut in 2017 under JYP Entertainment. The band members are Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. The band was formed on the reality survival show called Stray Kids hosted by JYP Entertainment. The group released an EP Mixtape at the start of 2018 before making their formal debut two months later with the EP “I Am Not”. “Oddinary,” the 6th sixth EP by Stray Kids, peaked at the top of charts worldwide, landing them their first spot on the Billboard 200 chart. TXT is the most popular 4th gen K-pop group that made its debut in the year 2019 under the banner of Big Hit Entertainment. The band comprises five members named Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and HueningKai. Here, TXT stands for Tomorrow X Together.  The EP, “The Dream Chapter: Star,” which the group released in 2019, debuted on the Circle Album Chart, Billboard Global Digital Albums Chart, and Billboard 200. The group’s first foreign tour sold out all of the tickets in less than 24 hours. Their early popularity led to the group winning multiple rookie prizes at Korean award ceremonies. To date, the band has won over 14 music show awards. Also, TXT has been named an ambassador for several companies, including Ma:nyo Factory, It’s Skin, Skoolooks, and Smart Communications.
